In my role as Senior Account Executive at Overit Media, a groundbreaking agency in the creative and digital spaces based out of Albany, NY, my goal is to innovate for each client in a way that pushes their brand to new levels of success. With a keen eye for detail, I lead cross-functional teams across creative, digital, production, and media departments to execute communications and advertising campaigns that align with strategy, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

 
 
 
 

During my time at at Overit Media, I’ve had the pleasure of planning and implementing successful marketing strategies for eighteen different clients in a variety of industries, including: healthcare, home services, outdoor recreation, cybersecurity, insurance, entertainment, tourism, engineering, local government, and nonprofits.

client: Empire live

Project: Website redesign

 

Located in the heart of Downtown Albany, Empire Live is a vibrant two-floor multi-genre performance venue featuring musical artists of all styles and genres.

To help highlight the countless exciting events happening at Empire Live every month, a full website redesign was needed. After a full intake with the client and several tours of the venue, I orchestrated all facilitation aspects of the project with the Overit team - from site design, to development site creation, and to eventual site launch.

The new site design offers a full UX/UI redesign and content management via WordPress, as well as special features through their online sales platform, Ticketmaster. The website has been a resounding success for both Empire Live and its rabid fanbase, offering the venue an exciting new way to showcase upcoming shows (and for customers to purchase tickets online seamlessly).

Albany Medical Health System provides a key role in New York's Capital Region, offering world-class health facilities as well as the area’s only academic medical center. Over the past 20 years, the health system has experienced significant growth and expansion, and their former website couldn't keep pace with the changes. Enter: Team Overit.

In this project, I helped to orchestrate the planning and site design stages of the project. By meeting regularly with the Overit development team and the client, we were able to create a cohesive site plan that meets the multifaceted needs of patients, students and researchers.

The new site is able to manage expense content in a design, friendly environment, all while utilizing a powerful AI search platform (Algolia). The final site exemplifies the best qualities of the Albany Medical Health System, highlighting its depth and breath of providers in a user-friendly format that works seamlessly for all stakeholders.

 

 
 

client: Interstate pest Management

Project: New website, display + search campaigns, email automation

 

Interstate Pest Management is a family-owned, environmentally-friendly pest control company in the Pacific Northwest. They have been exceeding their customers’ expectations since 1963.

In its third generation as a company, Interstate has seen a dramatic growth as a business, but it's digital advertising strategy had become antiquated. After a full intake with the client and brainstorming with them in their home state of Washington, I have overseen all aspects, project, ideation, execution, and deployment of all creative and digital deliverables.

These deliverables include a modern new website, which launched in 2023, as well as new display ads, search ads, OTT (over-the-top) ads, and Performance Max videos. By providing a new vision for the brand, I help to infuse the beautiful location of the client’s region with successful HTML5 ad designs and also created eye-catching new truck wraps wraps for their full fleet of vehicles.

 
 

The result of these campaigns speak for themselves, with year-over-year revenue growth reaching 39% during peak seasons, record high organic site visits, successful GLS lead generation, and interactive nurture stream campaigns for new and existing customers alike. I also oversee the integration of groundbreaking new technologies within Interstate’s sales apparatus (FieldRoutes), including platforms like ActiveCampaign, LeadConnector, Ejento, and Google Appointment Scheduling.

 

 
 

client: DOWNTOWN ALBANY BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

project: Rebrand of downtown albany

 

Over the past decade, the Downtown Albany area has seen exponential growth, with the addition of new housing facilities, restaurants, entertainment venues, and a variety of new businesses. With the new growth, the city’s Business Improvement District (BID) saw an opportunity to rebrand Downtown in a way that spoke to the “New Albany” - an urban center that is more resident-centric instead of being overly commuter-focused (as it previously had been).

 
 
 
 

After months of interviews with key city stakeholders and collaboration with the BID marketing committee, I orchestrated the creation and launch of Downtown Albany’s new visual brand and tagline: Downtown Albany to the Core.

Through the combination of bright colors that are reflective of Albany’s beloved tulips, and the tagline’s nod to the city’s location (as the gateway to the larger Capital Region), the rebrand has already been a resounding success. You can find new design system on street banners, t-shirts, and other locations within the city, as well as new billboards, and murals being planned for the near future. It has helped to create a concrete sense of pride and optimism in the region, which will undoubtedly be contagious to attract new residents to the area.

Campaign: Online Master of Arts in Teaching Program

 

In my role at Creative Communication Associates (CCA), one of the nation’s leading marketing agencies for higher education, my role was to brainstorm, develop, and launch marketing campaigns through effective collaboration with both clients and our internal creative team. The campaigns I helped to oversee involved top tier universities on the East Coast, including the world-renowned New York University (NYU). Our team’s work with NYU included the launching of a full spread of material and digital assets, including new information / application websites, conversion & SEO pages, “sizzle” reels, printed posters, and more (see below).

My daily collaboration with colleagues in California, Arizona, and Colorado allowed me to gain deep insight into the world of marketing analytics (and more importantly, how to act on them). By constantly monitoring engagement metrics and trends, I kept our team agile and able to adjust on-the-fly, resulting in greatly improved conversion rates and revenue generation.

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
Transformative: Campaign for Global Change

The goal of Transformative: Campaign for Global Change is inherent within its name: to transform Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as a worldwide leader within the fields of STEM. In my role, I manage and develop a variety of research-focused programs that are specifically created for Institute alumni in the West Coast & Mid-Atlantic (US), Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. These programs include a variety of research panels, forums, and galas, occurring in places like Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Stuttgart (see samples below).

I’m also a strategy co-lead for multiple regional teams which help to identify, cultivate, and solicit key alumni prospects within each key region. These collaborative efforts have resulted in $500+ million being raised towards the Institute's current $1 billion capital campaign.

Oversaw the strategy, development, and launch of a new study abroad program directory for SUNY, a website representing all 1,600+ international opportunities currently offered by the 65 campuses within the State of New York. Collaborated intensively with Overit over the course of multiple years to develop study abroad app, including an interactive map, filterable content, multimedia display, and technology integration within the SUNY website mainframe; drawing displayed fields from multiple several legacy database sources. Helped to create thousands of new leads and conversions for all SUNY campuses since the website’s launch in 2016.
